Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chef to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen at Phase Three Brewing Company Taproom + Kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of kitchen operations. As we continue to grow our locations, the Chef will play a crucial role in maintaining our high-quality standards, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including inventory management, food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Develop and maintain recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation practices.
Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Monitor food costs and labor costs, implementing cost-control measures as needed.
Collaborate with the Head Chef and management team to develop seasonal menus and specials that align with the brewery’s offerings.

Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in a kitchen management role, preferably in a brewery or restaurant environment.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Brand Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Brand Manager for Phase Three Brewing in the Wisconsin Market. This is a unique opportunity for someone with extensive experience in craft beer sales to make a significant impact on our brand presence throughout Wisconsin. In this role, you will be the driving force behind promoting and selling our products within Wisconsin while managing the development of the commercial plan for a crucial portion of Phase Three’s portfolio, which is responsible for maintaining industry credibility, driving internal innovation, and delivering top-line revenue.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue growth with
Educate consumers and staff on our products, brewing process, and brand story
Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance and identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives
Represent Phase Three Brewing at industry events, festivals, trade shows and tastings
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends, and competitor insights

Our compensation package includes a base salary depending on experience plus a favorable commission structure with no cap. Additionally, this position will receive reimbursed mileage, a food and drink expense account, a monthly cell phone allowance, and a work-issued laptop. looking for outgoing, hard-working, and craft beer focused individuals to work a minimum of (3) shifts each week including weekends and holidays. beertenders will work directly with our taproom manager and fellow team members to create a memorable taproom experience for our guests every day. the ideal candidate understands the mantra of “work hard, play hard” by working hard to create a guest experience that exceeds expectations as well as interacting well with fellow team members at phase three brewing co.
