Join us for Winterfest - Saturday, December 7th from 10am - 4pm at our Lake Zurich taproom. Regular taproom hours resume after Winterfest - we'll be open until 9pm.

Santa himself will be joining us from 11am - 1pm for visits with all the little ones at no charge - bring your phone for photos! We recommend joining us early in case there's a line to meet the North Pole's head elf.

We're excited to have very limited Phase Three holiday boot mugs inspired by classic holiday markets available, handmade by Gravesco Pottery. Enjoy an optional pour of warm Lulz Cinnamon Apple Hard Seltzer in the mug for that traditional mulled wine vibe.

We'll also be poking pints of our P3 Doppelbock at a special poking station - this tradition dates back centuries and is a method of creating deep caramelized notes in malty beers by flash-heating cold beer.

For the kids (or our N/A friends!) we'll have a hot cocoa bar! Our P3 elves will adorn hot chocolate with your choice of goodies like crushed peppermint, mini marshmallows, whipped cream, caramel + chocolate drizzle, festive sprinkles, and more!

Make a keepsake holiday craft at our Ornament making station. We'll have a variety of acrylic ornament shapes + a rainbow of quick-dry paint markers for kids of all ages to keep busy and have fun.

Get a jump on your holiday shopping at our local artisan holiday market. Holcomb Hollow is bringing their tasty gluten free + vegan baked goodies, White Dog Glass with uniquely gorgeous glass art pieces, Reid Designed Co., with beautiful handmade wood pieces, Heady Cup Coffee Roasters with small-batch coffee + drinks, and Gravesco Pottery with handmade, mindfully-created pottery + gifts.

We'll also have Stouts BBQ serving up all of your favorite BBQ staples + at 1pm, local handmade, wood-fired pizza artisan Mamma Mia Pizza. Melody by Leslie will be caroling live from 12-1:30pm, and Harry Hmura is playing at 5pm as we transition to normal taproom hours.
