peach chantilly - 7.2%
This IPA was brewed with a heavy dose of silky oats and a bit of milk sugar for added creaminess. We then hit it with Citra hops followed by over a pound and a half of peach per gallon and gave it a little bit of vanilla to tie it all together. Huge aromatics and flavors of candied peach rings and subtle citrus from the hops.
